The Primary responsibility of the Designer is to actively promote and provide design services to assist the Business Development Managers in securing new account and project opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Programming
- Space planning
- Developing Budgets
- Overseeing and participating in Product Evaluation & Selection
- Generating drawings, specifications and proposals
- Creation of Presentation and Marketing Materials
- Selection of finishes
- Pricing and Signoff of Orders
- Assist with Project Management
- Provide Account Management Support
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to provide customer service support to the OFG Project Team and our customers, making it easy and fun to do business with us.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating Proposals
- Pre-order Preparation
- Processing Orders
- Tracking & Scheduling
- Post Delivery & Installation Follow-Up
- Customer Service Support.
The Project Manager is directly responsible and accountable to ensure that projects are delivered and installed on-time, efficiently, accurately and within budget.
Responsibilities include:
- Pre-Installation Co-Ordination & Site Surveys
- Interface with General Contractors Trades & Property Managers
- Develop and Adhere to Timelines
- Provide Installation Quotes
- Schedule Deliveries & Installations
- Oversee Installation Crews
- Obtain Sign-Off of Projects to Customers Satisfaction.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Account Executive is to develop relationships, and to identify & close new business opportunities.
Responsibilites include:
- Quota Management
- New Business Development
- Networking & Lead Generation
- Qualifying and Closing Opportunities
- Manage Accounts & On-Going Relationships with Customers
- Establish Master Purchasing & Service Agreements
The primary responsibility of the Technical Designer is to generate auto-cad drawings and specifications, supporting the sales efforts of the Business Development Managers and Designers.
Responsibilities include:
- Programming
- Space planning
- Develop Typicals and Floorplan Drawings
- Generate Product Specifications
- Assist in Product Evaluation & Selection
- Assist with Pricing & Signoffs of Orders
- Project Management, Installation, and Punchlist Support.
