Account Management
Our Account Executives work closely with you and your designer to assess your needs and accurately determine what products and service solutions will best fulfill them. These Account Executives have developed hundreds of workplace environments for every type of situation and specialized in this field of work. They are responsible for managing your project team and coordinating the entire project’s scope of work including your budget and timeline. Your Account Executive will be with you from the very first discussion and remain with the project until its completion.
Project Coordination
The success of our projects are directly correlated to the talents of OFG’s project coordinators. Working closely with the account executives, the project coordinator organizes every detail of the project from the design process, order processing, order expediting and installation planning. In addition, they will provide you with updates, project status, and reports showing all necessary information to track and your orders.
Project Management
OFG provides project management services to eliminate the stress often associated with implementing office furniture installations. Our project managers coordinate with the OFG design department throughout the development of your project’s design quotation and assist in proper application of client standards in project scope. They survey and evaluate all sites and provide solutions to any potential obstacles the team may face, allowing your project to stay on track. OFG project managers also attend your construction meetings and facilitate all changes to the original scope of the project with all team members. And finally, they arrange and confirm all scheduling, delivery and installation details to ensure your project arrives and they remain present onsite to guarantee your project is installed accurately and completed on time.
